SRP(Self Reinforced Plastics)
KaRVO™
New lightweight, repulsive and shock resistant material created with stretching technology and weaving technology
KaRVO™ = Karui (“light”) + Revolution
Features
- Lightweight: made of polypropylene, light enough to float on water
- Highly repulsive and assisting: ideal for footwear
- Resistant to shock and bending: hard to crack
- Allows thermoforming or sewing: Excellent Formability, e.g., bending with heat or sewing and inserting metal eyelets
- Thermoplastic resin: recyclable = consideration for the SDGs

Applications
・Taking advantage of lightweight and crushproof properties: suitcases, bags
・Taking advantage of repulsive property: sport shoes, insoles
・Taking advantage of lightweight and high stiffness: logistics materials
